It outlines my drive to serve our community, the ways I’ve worked to deliver on my promises, and my determination to keep making things better in Annapolis – especially when it comes to climate resiliency and our transformational plan for City Dock. Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman recently launched his 2022 campaign for re-election. Steuart has been a great partner to Annapolis on many issues – from managing Covid to planning for climate resiliency. He is committed to equality and prosperity for all residents and he has recognized and supported our community’s unique needs while balancing the needs of the County as a whole. Throughout the pandemic Steuart had to make difficult decisions but his focus on the wellbeing of all residents has been exemplary and unwavering - even in the face of extremist criticism. I am deeply grateful to count Steuart as a friend and to have had his support and partnership in government. I whole-heartedly endorse his campaign for re-election.

My congratulations also go to other Democrat partners who recently filed for re-election in 2022; Sarah Elfreth, Shaneka Henson, Dana Jones and Lisa Rodvien. Our vision and goals are all connected and they have also been great partners for our City. I look forward to working with them and supporting their campaigns in the year ahead.
