Friends and Neighbors,
Last night I was proud to launch my campaign for re-election in 2021. To everyone who watched our virtual event via Facebook and Instagram, thank you. If you weren't able to tune in, I invite you to watch my launch video below - it captures the vision I believe in and the goals I'll be working for.
This journey began four years with a dream, a vision for what our city could be: forward thinking, strong, and inclusive. Now there is a new dream to shape, more work to do, and more to deliver. I intend to keep working hard to revive our city economy and build on the innovations and successes that kept us going through the pandemic. I will work to deliver our community-based plan for a transformed City Dock, to ensure it becomes a true showcase for Annapolis and a welcoming place for all. I will work to deliver more of the infrastructure we need: a new and improved parking garage; more flooding protection; a new public works facility. I will keep building on work done in my first term to create a more diverse, inclusive and united community - a community that celebrates all its residents and provides safety, opportunity and access for all.
