Can I return my item?

The items on our webpage are being offered as gifts by Friends of Gavin Buckley in gratitude for a contribution at the designated level. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

What if my order arrived damaged or if I received the wrong item?

Damaged or incorrect orders qualify for a complimentary replacement. The damaged / incorrect product must first be returned in its original condition before a replacement will be sent. Please email us for assistance at: customerservice@gavin4annapolis.com

When will I receive my order?

Most orders ship within one week. Occasionally orders experience longer processing times due to high demand, inclement weather, national holidays, the pandemic or if an item is temporarily out of stock. We will send you a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Once your order is posted, delivery times will reflect current USPS arrangements. We do not guarantee the date of delivery.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, orders can be picked up from our Annapolis office, 53 West Street, on Wednesdays between 11am and 5pm. You can choose the ‘collect’ option when placing your order. You will then receive a confirmation email outlining pick up arrangements.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.A.?

No, due to campaign finance laws, we only ship within the United States and its territories.

Can I make a purchase?

Purchases from our store are campaign contributions. In order to make a 'purchase' you must consent to the following contribution rules:

1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).

2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

3. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.

4. I am at least eighteen years old.
