Friends,
It’s time to vote and choose the direction our City will take in the next four years. Mail-in ballots were sent to all registered Annapolis voters last week, so it’s never been easier to have your say.
Many of you may feel that we have this in the bag but one of the best ways to lose an election is to think you've already won it. So I'm asking you not to delay. Please mark your ballot for Gavin Buckley for Mayor, sign it, and return it without delay. You can drop it to any of the drop boxes located in each ward or return it by mail, ensuring it is dropped off or postmarked by November 2.
You can also vote in-person on Election Day, Tuesday November 2, between 7am and 8pm.
We’ve achieved so much in the past four years. We’ve tackled big problems and laid the foundations for even bigger things to come. I am so grateful for your support. If we carry this across the finish line with a big turnout and convincing margin, that will give me a strong mandate to move forward and keep delivering for this great city and wonderful community.

I’m asking for your vote in this election so that we can continue to:
- build an inclusive, fair, and united community with a City government that includes, represents, and supports all residents
- act to address the impact of climate change and rising sea levels
- deliver even more clean, accessible, and affordable transit options to ease congestion and carbon pollution
- provide more affordable housing and better public housing, including the rebuild of Newtowne 20
- invest in even more community infrastructure including community parks and water access points, a new Hillman Garage, and our community-based plan for City Dock.
I can't do any of this without you - thank you for your support and your vote.

Thank You, Thank You!
Our campaign was launched online last December during the pandemic. Since then, the pace of campaigning has grown ever faster. Thank you to all who hosted events and came to events. Thank you to all who supported our fundraising and sported our merchandise. To our yard sign displayers, our t-shirt wearers, our sign wavers and door-knockers, our donors, volunteers, and general encouragers – thank you so much for being part of this journey!
The finish line is now in sight but we're not slowing down. Let’s keep working together over the next two weeks to keep spreading the word. Above all, let’s all vote and encourage our friends and family to do the same.
Re-elect Gavin Buckley by returning your mail-in ballot today
or vote in-person on Tuesday November 2.
